Every payment gets a status
The agent's log and the chain agree on vendor and amount.
Both exist, but the amount or payee differs. Usually a pricing change or a bug.
Money left the wallet and nothing says why. This is the line your auditor asks about.
The agent thinks it paid, but no transfer happened. Kept out of your books.
